Ajvar is the most favorite Macedonian traditional food. The process starts at the beginning of fall/winter season. The preparation of ajvar is difficult process, but in the end it is very delicious.
- 20kg of red peppers
- 2 l sunflowers oil
- salt to taste
Preparation
- Bake peppers on a stove, peel and clean seeds.
3. Cooking time should be around 3 hours.
4. Its takes about 1 day to finish the whole process.
